The clients are always acompanied by a team a marine biologists. Before every trip there is a short introduction about whales and dolphins in Madeira, and the routes are directed according to information received from inland watchmen, so that there is a guarantee of seing cetaceans. If there is no sight of any cetaceans during a trip, a second chance is always guaranteed to clients, free of charge, at a day and time of their choice!
Duration of every trip: 2h30
Before the trip there is a short briefing, so there is the need to arrive to the spot slight before the departure hour.
